My work sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, and business strategy. I partner closely with product, design, engineering, growth, and commercial teams to shape direction, guide investment decisions, and align organizations around what matters most.

Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled research and insight capabilities from the ground up. Today, my focus is broader: helping organizations make smarter decisions in high-stakes environments where the path forward is not always clear.

With a PhD in Human-Centered Computing and a deep interest in behavioral science, I’m particularly drawn to how products and systems influence decision-making, behavior, and long-term outcomes.
